Nikki Garcia and ‘DWTS’ Pro Artem Chigvintsev Settle Divorce, Drop Restraining Orders

Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev have settled their divorce “and will not be going to court. Both parties decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively coparent their son.”

Artem, a “Dancing With The Stars” pro was arrested in August following an alleged altercation with former WWE babe Nikki, in Napa. At the time, the dancer was arrested for domestic battery booked on a felony domestic violence charge. He was released on bail the same day.

One week after news broke of his arrest, both of them filed for divorce. (Garcia was seeking full custody of their 4-year-old son, Matteo, while Chigvintsev requested joint custody.)

The following month, a judge declined to charge Chigvintsev after “a thorough review” of the investigation.
