Prince Harry Gets Neck Tattoo from Jelly Roll

In an Instagram video posted on Tuesday, November 19, Harry was seen sitting inside a tattoo parlor waiting for Tennessee singer and rapper Jelly Roll to arrive. Once the musician entered the room, Harry quickly noticed Jelly Roll was wearing nitrile tattoo gloves.

Jelly Roll said, “We’re giving you a tattoo about the Invictus Games,”  to which Harry clarified, “Uh, no I came here to ask you to do the Invictus Games. There’s no tattoo in this. I can’t get a tattoo.”

The pair settled on a deal — Jelly Roll would give Harry his first tattoo in exchange for playing at the Invictus Games.

Jelly Roll said, “We gotta go for the neck!”… To which Harry said, “I was thinking the lower back or on my ass.”

Jelly Roll laughed, “Nobody wants to see your ass, Harry!” Harry countered, “No, that’s the place where no one is going to see it”

After giving the Duke of Sussex his first tattoo, Jelly Roll handed Harry a mirror to admire the ink. “What’s that?” He asked. “Dude, it’s enormous.” The camera zoomed in on a tattoo that read, “I am Jelly Roll.”
